Shipping policy

Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 2 days. (Unless ordered on the weekend then items will be dispatched on Monday as I do not post on weekends)

UK Postage

Items are sent using Royal Mail unless stated. Heavy or really large items are sent using Hermes

Second class service aims to have items delivered within 3-5 days though in some cases this can be the next day. The delivery time is completely out of my control and is reliant on Royal Mail or Hermes. 

All orders delivery costs are based on weight & size to determine if a parcel or large letter.
Due to this, certain items may fall into a different postal category even if weight indicates should be in another. This is purely depending on its size  ytotal weight combined.(if multiple items)

Proof of postage is obtained for all items

I have an online account with Royal Mail to monitor all items dispatched.

Non Uk Postage
For non UK orders delivery costs and time may vary depending on your location.

Large letter items are sent using Airmail.

Airmail takes about 5-7 days

 

All parcels are sent using Surface mail

Please take this into consideration when purchasing as delivery times for surface mail varies depending on destination. Items can take between 7 days up to 7 weeks to arrive. This is completely out of my control

All items are given an internal tracking, which is for customs & Royal Mail to track the items, it will not show on the Royal Mail tracking system as not for customers to use. It is purely for myself and Royal Mail/customs to track the parcel to prevent loss or theft.
